His key strength lies in problem-solving and risk mitigation, honed through navigating the intricacies of structured products and complex logistics within the commodities market.

Beyond the financial realm, Vish’s passion for all things property has been a constant. Over a decade of managing the family portfolio, he’s recently taken the leap into entrepreneurship by joining forces with Suchit and launching Bridge Capital Connect. 

His journey is marked by a commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and now a relentless pursuit of connecting the dots between finance, investments and real estate.

Suchit Karia 

Suchit is the co-founder of Bridge Capital Connect. He has been involved in property since the age of 16 managing his family’s UK portfolio when his father relocated overseas.

Suchit has a strong analytical mind, backed by a degree in pure mathematics and finance, giving him a keen eye for numbers and problem-solving. His passion for real estate led him to establish his own management business, which he has successfully run for over a decade. With years of industry experience, he brings deep market knowledge and a strategic approach to property management.

He identified the opportunity to lend privately close to 10 years back and has since raised millions of pounds of funding via 1st charge, unregulated private bridge loans.

A natural relationship builder, Suchit has built an extensive client base of borrowers and developers who value the personalised service and commitment to meet the often-critical deadlines.
